Slow Food San Francisco and the San Francisco Brewers Guild present Slow Beer, a celebration of local artisan beer and food. Over 25 handcrafted beers by the San Francisco Brewer’s Guild members will be showcased as part of Slow Food's effort to promote the pleasures of eating and drinking from the well of our own backyard.  Grilled organic hot dogs with kraut will be provided along with other "bites". Explore different tastes from pairing local brewers with the locally made foods. Proceeds from the event will benefit Slow Food San Francisco programs which include sending a Bay Area farmer to Terra Madre 2012 in Turin, Italy.
